Karen McDonald
Preschool Director
Karen has 17 years of experience in Early Childhood. She graduated from Purdue with a B.S. in Horticulture. While living in Colorado, she went back to college to get her Director Certificate for Early Childhood Programs. She taught and was director at Our Father Lutheran in Littleton, CO. After the move to Minnesota, she was assistant director and teacher at Prairie Lutheran. Karen has taught and been preschool director at Christ Victorious since 2007.

Tammi Verbarendse
Teacher
Tammi has 5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten and First Grade. She graduated from Boise State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Tammy was teaching Kindergarten in Eagle, Idaho when her husband, Bryan was transferred to Minnesota in August 2006 with his new job at SuperValu. She stayed at home with her three children before going back to work at Christ Victorious Preschool in September, 2009.

Kristen Klein
Teacher
Kristen graduated from Luther College (Decorah, IA) with a B.A. in Psychology. She also attended the Universtiy of Iowa and earned her M.A. in Special Education. Within her graduate program, she received extensive training in the management of behavior disorders, learning disorders and autism. She taught 2 years for the Wayzata Public School system as a K-5 special education teacher and now enjoys her life in Victoria with her husband and two dogs. Kristen began teaching at Christ Victorious Preschool in 2009.

Amy Sprengeler
Aide
This is Amy's seventh year on our staff. She is married to Shawn and they have a daughter, Mina. Previously, Amy has taught gymnastics, swimming, soccer, and the Korean language to children of various ages. In her free time, Amy enjoys fishing & ice skating.
